ParkIQ role

ParkIQ is a technology marketplace and coordination platform for truck parking, reservation, verification, security operations, and related account tools. Unless ParkIQ expressly states otherwise in a signed written agreement, ParkIQ does not own, operate, inspect, control, manage, guard, or secure parking locations, vehicles, trailers, cargo, freight, equipment, or personal property.

Important limitations

  • ParkIQ does not take custody, possession, control, or responsibility for any truck, trailer, cargo, freight, equipment, keys, documents, or personal property.
  • ParkIQ does not guarantee that any listed parking location is secure, monitored, theft-proof, suitable for a specific vehicle, legal for every use, available at every moment, or free from hazards.
  • Drivers, fleets, parking hosts, and security users remain responsible for their own insurance, compliance, site rules, judgment, and safety decisions.
  • Criminal acts, theft, vandalism, towing, weather, cargo loss, personal injury, vehicle damage, lot conditions, and user conduct are not ParkIQ responsibilities except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Policy details

  • Private-party requests for user data, reservation records, GPS trails, incident evidence, or account information should generally require proper legal process or user authorization.
  • ParkIQ may decline requests that are overbroad, unsafe, unauthorized, or inconsistent with law or policy.
  • Data sharing must be logged and reviewed according to internal legal/privacy procedures.
