Founder story
The problem was visible from the operating side.
Drivers often discover a yard with incomplete information, while parking operators manage availability, arrivals, payments, and customer questions across disconnected tools. Rafael’s operating perspective helped define the real-world problem: parking cannot stop at a map pin. A useful system has to reflect what the driver is pulling into and what the yard must manage after the reservation.
ParkIQ grew from that operating need into a broader platform vision. Tim brings the business and execution focus, Rafael brings industry and customer perspective, and Aram leads the product build that connects the public marketplace to the operating application.
